 What you need to do:
            - after you summit a purchased order, you will need to send two copies of your master cd.               For the best results, don't make a copy from a copy, but rather only copy directly from               the original master cd.  Please, do not send your original master cd.  The mailing               address will be provided to you after checkout.   
           
            - artwork: if you choose package #3, then please summit your cd artwork through e-mail               as an attachment. Provide your basic information such as your name and address so               that we can match your e-mail with your order.    
           
            - Song List and Credits: when you send the two copies of your master cd, please include a               piece of paper stating the song list (in order), band name, and cd title. This is especially               important for package #2 as this will be the only print. Please print neat.  The information               that you provide is the exact information that will be put onto every cd.
            - Please do not sent cd's that are copy protected.
            - Duplication is limited to 70 minute Audio CD.
 
 
How long does it take?
          - the total duration from the day that we receive the copy of your master cd is about 10             days. 
 
Can I see a sample before my entire order duplicated?
          - yes, please make note of that in the comment checkout box and we'll make the             arrangements. 
 
What is smudge & water resistant Printing?
               - this is inkjet printing that uses a specially designed "pigment" ink. Being different than regular dye ink that common inkjet printers use, pigment ink is smudge and water resistant under normal handling conditions. This does not mean that its smudge and water proof, although it does hold up very well.  Its not designed to be submerged under water or scrubbed, as the ink will start to lift (please don't drown or scrub your cds).  To sum it up, pigment ink is truly reliable.  If you have any doubts, then order the low cost "sample package". It will provide you with a sample of all the packages offered.  From there you can choose the best product for you and then submit a large quantity order.
